Shipping Information

At PlayDTF, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Flat Rate Shipping

We offer a flat shipping fee of $20.00 per order for all eligible shipments within the United States, regardless of order size or quantity, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed during normal business hours.
• Production times may vary depending on order volume, artwork approval, and product specifications.
• Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by PlayDTF. Shipping delays caused by weather conditions, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. PlayDTF is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS where applicable; however, PlayDTF is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been transferred to USPS.

Shipping Address Changes

Requests to change shipping addresses must be made before an order has shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that shipping information can be modified.
